Satish Gupta,

Satish Gupta founded
SB International, Inc. in 1981 and has led the organization
for the last 27 years. He has transformed it from an
exporter of ferrous and non-ferrous raw materials to a global trader
of prime steel and metal products in the domestic and international
markets. He has been recognized for multiple business and
entrepreneurship awards in the Dallas community. Mr. Gupta graduated
with a degree in Economics from Loyola College in Chennai, India and
an MBA in International Trade and Management from the University of
Dallas.

Paul Pandian,

Mr. Pandian is the President and Founder of Tech Mahindra (R&D)
Services. Prior to founding Tech Mahindra, he served in various
engineering and management roles including Director of Strategic
Planning and Development for the Electronic operations at Rockwell
International from 1975 to 1984. Mr. Pandian serves as President of
TiE-DFW, the Dallas chapter of a global not-for-profit organization
of entrepreneurs and professionals dedicated to the advancement of
entrepreneurship. In addition, he serves on the Advisory Board of
the Business School at the University of Texas at Dallas.
He is also
a member of the India-U.S. Business Council in Washington, D.C. and
is a charter member of the Greater Dallas Indo-American Chamber of
Commerce. Mr. Pandian holds an M.S. in Engineering from Syracuse
University, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business,
University of Pennsylvania.

Barry Irani,

Mr. Irani brings more than three decades of petroleum industry
experience to SB International Inc. He spent the bulk of his career
at Enserch Exploration Inc., where he served in various senior
management positions including chief engineer, senior vice-president
of U.S. operations and executive vice president of worldwide
operations. Mr. Irani has served on the Chairman’s Advisory Council
of the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation of India, and the Petroleum
Engineering Advisory Board of the University of Oklahoma.
He is a
distinguished lecturer for the Society of Petroleum Engineers, as
well as the University of Texas at Dallas and Southern Methodist
University in Dallas. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics and
Chemistry from the University of Bombay, as well as a bachelor’s
degree and a master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the
University of Oklahoma. Mr. Irani is a graduate of the Harvard
Business School Program for Management Development and is a
registered professional engineer in Texas.

Yasmin Gupta,

Ms. Gupta is involved with Administration at SB. She has been active
since several years with the area’s Banking and Finance industry.
Ms. Gupta is a graduate in Public Relations from Stella Maris
College in Chennai, India and obtained her MBA from the University
of Dallas, Irving, in International Trade and Management. She is
involved with several community organizations including the Girls
Scouts, United Way and the Chinmaya Mission.

JP brings to SB specialized expertise in the area of Finance and Accounting, as well as strengthens the company’s position in today’s Emerging Markets in Asia. Prior to joining SB, JP supervised a team of auditors at RSM McGladrey & Pullen, LLP in New York. As Chief Financial Officer at U.S. Financial Investment Inc., a Broker Dealer registered with the SEC and NASD, he dealt with auditors and regulators in the area of audits, examinations, finance, budgets, costs and taxes. At U.S. Securities & Futures Corp., he contributed significantly to the company’s tremendous growth in the securities & commodities brokerage business. He holds a CPA certification and Masters Degree in International Economics and Finance from Johns Hopkins University. Early in his career, JP was involved as a Foreign Service Officer for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Beijing, China. He was the winner in 1984 of the “Distinguished Foreign Service Award” for his contribution and dedication during the diplomatic talks between China and the UK over the return of Hong Kong.

Mr. Agarwal is head of Operations at SB International Inc. He is responsible for strategic planning and financial decisions relating to the Pipe & Tubing Division. He has led the Import Division of all specialty steel products since 2002. He oversees the procurement, sales, financing and logistics of these divisions at SB. Mr. Agarwal graduated with an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in Finance and Accounting.

Michael Fielding is General Counsel of SB International and is also actively involved in the company's business development activities. Before joining SB International in the summer of 2010, Michael worked as an associate in the corporate department of Baker Botts L.L.P. in Houston, where he represented public and private company clients in mergers and acquisitions, stock and bond offerings, and other business transactions. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Utah in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in finance. He received his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Brigham Young University in 2008. Before law school, Michael worked as a financial analyst for IBM in Chicago.

Herrick Lin oversees Procurement at SB International Inc. He works closely with the Mills in China to ensure that products are manufactured as per the specifications and to ensure timely production and delivery. His responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships and relations with Chinese suppliers. Prior to joining SB International Inc., Herrick Lin worked for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products World Wide Co. in the area of materials and new product development. Herrick graduated from the Beijing University and completed an MS from Northwestern University in Chicago and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

Jake Moore oversees the processing and logistics for SB International, Inc.'s Pipe & Tubing Division. He manages all value added processing and inspection of OCTG products for our customers, as well as quality control and inventory management of all tubular goods. His expertise in the area of Supply Chain, Purchasing and Production Planning has enabled him to establish for SB International, Inc. an efficient, streamlined system to manage the movement of products from the supplier to the customer. He has vast tubular product knowledge and understanding of the quality standards for OCTG products. Prior to joining SB International, Inc. he was a Supply Chain Analyst at Lone Star Steel Co., working in the production facility and managing the overseas Alliance mills products for the company. He also worked at U.S. Steel as Commodity Manager. Mr. Moore received a MBA degree with an emphasis in Finance from Sam Houston State University, an undergraduate degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and was also a member of the U.S. Marine Corps.

Scott Huffman brings to SB expertise in the area of commercial finance, relationship management, risk management, credit underwriting and loan management. Prior to joining SB, Mr. Huffman was involved for over a decade with asset based lending, accounting and management at USA Funding, Inc. More recently he was involved with collateral audits for banks and commercial lenders. Mr. Huffman has a degree in Accounting & Business Administration from Drury University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Southern Methodist University School of Law.

As SB’s International Marketing Manager of Steel Pipe & Tubing products, globalization has been on the forefront of his interest and passion. Arish Gupta is responsible for the sourcing and procurement of Pipe & Tubing products from overseas suppliers, as well as International Trade of Pipe & Tubing products in the overseas markets. Prior to joining SB, he was involved with Business Planning of Pipe & Tubing Products for U.S. Steel at the Fairfield Works operation in Birmingham, Alabama. He holds a dual degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. As an extension of his International Business studies he attended the Fudan University in Shanghai, China.

Mr. Kumar is a Manager of Corporate Finance and Investments for SB International. This includes acquisitions, dispositions and investments from initial analysis through negotiation, closing and integration. Mr. Kumar previously worked as an analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Technology, Media & Telecom group of the Investment Banking Division in New York City. There he worked on Qwest’s $811 million high yield issuance in April 2009, XM Satellite Radio’s $8 billion merger of equals with Sirius Satellite Radio in July 2008 and Windstream’s $210 million debt-for-debt exchange in November 2007 among other transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Kumar was an analyst in the Equity Capital Markets group at Citigroup where he worked on the initial public offerings (IPO) for Eagle Bulk Shipping, Southern Peru Copper, OHL Brasil, Heartland Payments and others. He also spent time at Kraft Foods as a Site Logistics Planner at their Distribution Center in Bethlehem, PA. Mr. Kumar graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and graduated with an MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Ravi Batra, a professor of economics at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, is the author of five international best sellers. He was the chairperson of his department from 1977 to 1980. In October 1978, because of dozens of publications in top journals such as the American Economic Review, Journal of Political Economy, Econometrica, Journal of Economic Theory, Review of Economic Studies, among others, Batra was ranked third in a group of “superstar economists,” selected from all the American and Canadian universities by an article in the journal, Economic Enquiry. In 1990, the Italian prime minister awarded him a Medal of the Italian Senate for writing a book that correctly predicted the downfall of Soviet communism, fifteen years before it happened.

Mr. Panditi oversees special projects for inventory management and customer relations. He works closely with SB International’s storage facilities in order to provide the highest levels of service and delivery to customers. Prior to this, Mr. Panditi worked for over a decade as a consultant in the area of strategic business planning and finance. He worked for several years in the Finance Department at Nation’s Bank as well as served under contract for the U.S. Air force in the Department of Information Technology. He has a Master’s degree in Statistics and Industrial Engineering Management. He is active as a community leader and president of several non-profit organizations.
