Jake Moore oversees SB International, Inc.’s Houston office. He manages the tubular supply chain from the Port of Houston to the end user, which includes all processing and inspection of OCTG products for our customers. His expertise in the area of Supply Chain, Purchasing and Production Planning has enabled him to establish for SB International, Inc. an efficient, streamlined system to manage the movement of products from the supplier to the customer. He has vast tubular product knowledge and understanding of the quality standards for OCTG products. Prior to joining SB International, Inc. he was a Supply Chain Analyst at Lone Star Steel Co., working in the production facility and managing the overseas Alliance mills products for the company. He also worked at U.S. Steel as Commodity Manager. Mr. Moore received a degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and was also a member of the U.S. Marine Corps. He is presently completing his MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Sam Houston State University

Gary Vinson has had over 27 years of experience in the Oil Field Tubular Goods business, all of which have been in the Quality Control/Inspection area. He spent his first 10 years as a third party inspector for ICO Tubular Services during which time he received his certifications (Level 1 and II) in Ultrasonics, Magnetic Particle and Electromagnetic NDT methods. He worked for 16 years at Lone Star Steel Co., initially as a Non Destructive Testing Technician, and subsequently as Manager of Quality Control and Corporate Level III, responsible for all areas of product quality. His responsibilities included setting up of inspection and testing procedures, heading up research and implementation of one of the fastest and most effective Full Body Ultrasonic units, designing and developing a computerized training program for Non Destructive Testing methods. He also participated in NDT resource groups for inspection and testing methods and customer based studies for product acceptance. He has traveled to several OCTG and Line Pipe Alliance mills around the world to perform product Quality reviews and Quality System Audits. Providing top quality tubular products to its customers is a priority at SB International Inc. Mr. Vinson has the in-depth knowledge of high-grade pipe manufacturing processes from start to finish and the required inspections throughout the process in order to assure a Quality product.
